This power-up gives the user a drill hat that they can activate whenever! With it, they can stab enemies falling from above, and it's most prominent feature: digging into the ground!.. or ceiling!.. or whatever it can drill into. With the ability, you can get to spaces you can't without it, or dodge enemies!
