TOBY

Toby was recently hired by Queta because they had nothing else going on. Not really much going for them, just completing tasks assigned by Queta or Sal. When they're not working, they're by Toad Town doing the usual. Hasn't told anybody they work for Queta, but they personally enjoy the job and whenever something of note happens they tell people in a way that doesn't give their job description out.
